Business process automation
Automating business processes means recurring steps in your business happen by themselves: a request becomes a work order, a finished job an invoice with a payment link, and a payment lands in your accounts automatically. You approve where it matters.

What do we mean by a business process?
A business process is simply a fixed series of steps that keeps coming back. A customer asks for something, you schedule it, you do the work, you note what you did, you send an invoice and you check whether it has been paid. In a small business those steps often live in your head, on scraps of paper and in separate programs. That works until it gets busy: then something gets left behind, or you spend your evenings retyping work orders.
Which business processes can you automate?
- Taking in requests via phone, WhatsApp and website
- Scheduling appointments and staff
- Work orders, quotes and invoices with payment link
- Payment reminders and matching payments
- Maintenance and recurring work
- Asking for reviews and getting back in touch with customers
Where do you start?
Start with the process that currently costs the most time or customers. For many trades businesses that's being reachable: people who call and get no answer. Next comes admin: retyping work orders and chasing invoices.
We begin with a half-hour introductory call, online or in person, and look together at where you lose the most time. Then we set the system up around the way you work: your services, prices, working hours, staff and the words used in your industry. Next we link the steps. A request becomes a job in the calendar. Your staff member sees that job in the app, signs it off with what was done and, if needed, a customer signature, and the invoice is then ready with a payment link. If it isn't paid on time, a reminder goes out by itself. Every morning you can also get a short message with what's on today and what's waiting for you, with numbered actions you handle with a single reply.
Can it connect to existing software?
Yes. Corvo Apex works with WhatsApp Business and connects to your accounting package, so data isn't entered twice. You keep your own number and your own accounts.
Automating doesn't mean everything happens without you. For steps that matter, such as sending an invoice, rescheduling a customer's appointment or putting text on your website, you approve. Prices and VAT are always calculated by the system, per line and per rate. Your accounts stay in your own package; we work alongside it and pass on invoices and payments. Your data is stored on a server in the EU, kept separate per business, and we sign a data processing agreement with you, as the GDPR requires.
What does it deliver?
Less retyping, getting paid faster and no requests slipping through the cracks. The dashboard shows what it delivers, from your own figures. We'll publish real customer results after the pilot, as soon as they're available.
Examples by industry
An installer lets maintenance contracts send a reminder by themselves when the next service is due, and the work order with its measurements goes into the customer's file. A bike repair shop keeps repairs, till sales and the stock of parts together. A salon links its calendar, till and loyalty card. In hospitality, reservations, tables, the kitchen and the food-safety records run in one system. And an estate agent keeps track of files, viewings and deadlines, with a nudge when something needs to happen.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as an ERP system?
No. Corvo Apex is lighter and is set up and managed for you, with no implementation project or annual contract.
How long before it works?
That depends on your industry and what's possible. Always with personal setup.
What does it cost?
The Office packages start at €169 a month.
How can I automate customer contact and admin as a sole trader?
Start with what takes the most time: the calls you miss while working, and the work orders and invoices in the evening. Let a missed call automatically get a WhatsApp, let requests go straight into your calendar, sign off the job on your phone and have the invoice with payment link and reminder ready by itself. Your accounts stay in your own package.
Do I have to move everything over at once?
No. We usually start with one process, such as being reachable or invoicing, and expand once that runs well. Every function can be switched on or off per business.
Can I try it first?
Yes. You can try it free for 14 days, without payment details. It ends automatically if you don't want to continue.
Curious what it could do for your business?
In half an hour we look together at where you're losing time and customers. Online or in person, wherever you are.
