Through your booking link on your own website, or a link you send them, they choose the treatment, the stylist and a free moment, even in the evening when the salon is closed. They get a confirmation straight away and a reminder before the appointment, so fewer chairs stay empty.
In the morning you open the calendar: each day with a column per stylist, so everyone sees their own appointments and you see at a glance where there is still room. In a package with WhatsApp, a client who messages with a quick question about opening hours or prices gets an answer, and anything the assistant can't answer comes to you.
