Corvo Apex is based in Almelo and brings exactly that within reach of trades and service businesses with one to ten people. No IT department, no loose subscriptions that don't talk to each other, and none of the price tag that usually comes with it.
That's why we set everything up and run it for you. You keep your own phone number and your own books. We make sure the request comes in, the work order gets closed and the invoice is ready. You get on with the work.

What we do for you
Corvo Apex is the digital office assistant for small businesses and SMEs. One system takes over the routine work that would otherwise wait until the evening: the first contact with a customer via WhatsApp, the chat on your website or a missed call, scheduling the appointment, the work order, the quote and the invoice. On top of that, we make sure your business is easy to find, on Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT. Your dashboard shows at a glance how your business is doing, with suggestions on how to do better.
We work alongside your own accounting software, not instead of it. Your accountant can simply keep working the way they are used to.
Who we work for
We help sole traders and businesses with up to 10 employees, throughout the Netherlands. Think of installers, workshops and garages, construction and finishing companies, salons and tattoo studios, hospitality, estate agents, property developers and service providers who work by appointment. What they have in common: lots of customer contact, work on location or by appointment, and little time for admin. The dashboard speaks the language of your trade, so a hairdresser sees different words than a plumber.

In person, at your place or online
You start with a half-hour introduction. That can be at your premises or online, whichever you prefer. Together we look at where you lose time and customers, and which package fits. Then we set everything up for you: your own logo, the words of your trade, your working hours and your team. You don't have to learn anything or figure it out yourself.
After the start you keep one fixed point of contact. If something changes in your business, such as a new employee or a new service, we adjust it with you. Every part can be switched on or off per business, so you only switch on what you really use.
Careful with your data
Your customers trust you with their data, and you trust it to us. We handle it with care. We work in line with the GDPR and only use your data to make Corvo Apex work for you.
