Sound familiar?
“Dozens of emails a week: "When will the shell be finished?"”
“Instalment invoices in Excel, and chasing who has already paid.”
“An option that expires without anyone noticing.”
From sale to handover, step by step
You start with a project and the plots that belong to it. Every buyer gets their own online environment, where they see their home and plot number, with the choices and extra work that belong to their house. They no longer need to email to ask how things are going.
If a buyer wants something extra, such as a different kitchen or an additional power socket, you prepare an extra work quote. The buyer reviews it in their own environment and approves it there. That approval is recorded against the plot, so later on you never have to dig through emails to find out who chose what.
The instalment invoices follow the stages of construction. For each plot you see what has been invoiced and what has been paid, and with the final instalment the system keeps track of the part held in escrow. Instalments and options that are about to expire are monitored, and you get a timely nudge. Documents such as drawings are shared with the buyer in their own environment, and the buyer can upload documents too.

Frequently asked questions
Can buyers choose extra work themselves?
Yes. Extra work quotes are in the buyer portal and the buyer approves them there.
How does the 5% scheme work in Corvo Apex?
With the final instalment, Corvo Apex tracks which part is held in escrow and when it is released: three months after handover.
Does it work for several projects?
Yes. Each project has its own plots, instalments and buyers. An extra project costs a fixed monthly amount.
How long does a project run?
Until three months after the final handover, so the 5% scheme is properly completed.
Can buyers see each other's details?
No. Each buyer only sees their own home, choices, extra work and documents. Anything someone isn't allowed to see is blocked on the server, not just hidden on the screen.
Can I share documents with buyers?
Yes. You share documents such as drawings in the buyer's environment, and the buyer can also upload documents themselves.
