Never miss a repair again: the digital office assistant for bike shops
It's Saturday morning, the workshop is full and the phone is ringing for the tenth time. Every other caller asks the same thing: "Is my bike ready yet?" Meanwhile there's someone at the counter with a puncture, and the cable set you need has just run out.
Reachable+ for small shops, Office Solo for the whole workshop and counter
Per month, excl. VAT. The recommended package is highlighted.
Who it's for: For bike and e-bike workshops.

Try free for 14 days. No payment details, ends automatically. How the trial works
For bike and e-bike workshops, and especially mobile mechanics who go to the customer, the pressure isn't the spanner work itself but everything around it. Logging bikes in, keeping customers updated, ordering parts, taking payment. E-bikes make repairs more complex, and customers want to know where they stand even more often.
How Corvo Apex helps, in three steps
Every request arrives complete
If someone can't reach you, they get a WhatsApp within seconds asking which bike, what's wrong, for a photo of the error code on the display, and when suits them. If a customer messages you directly, the assistant answers straight away.
Intake and status, without the phone calls
At check-in, the repair goes into the workshop. When you mark it as ready, the customer is told automatically that they can collect it. The assistant answers "is my bike ready yet?" itself, based on the real status.
Parts, payment and invoicing sorted
Parts used are deducted, and when stock runs low there's an order suggestion waiting. Mobile mechanics can take payment on site with a payment link, and the invoice goes to your books once you've approved it.
Set up in the language of your trade
For a bike shop it's called a repair, you see each bike's status in the workshop, and the customer is told automatically when their bike is ready.

A bike and e-bike workshop with a mobile service in Twente
This is a worked example, not a real customer. As soon as there's a real case, you'll find it here.
Starting point. A workshop with two mechanics and a van for home repairs. Many customers ride e-bikes or fat bikes. In the mornings and around closing time the phone hardly gets answered, and customers message a personal number. Who can collect their bike when is written on a whiteboard.
What we set up. Office Team, with the assistant on the business number, intake through the dashboard, status messages when a bike is ready, stock for the workshop and the van, and on-site payment for the mobile service.
What you'd see after a month. Status questions largely answer themselves, missed calls have become requests with a photo, and parts run out unexpectedly far less often. An example, not a promise.
Questions from the field
Can customers see whether their bike is ready?
Yes. The assistant gives the repair status, and as soon as you mark the bike as ready, the customer is told automatically.
Does it work for a mobile bike mechanic?
Yes. Appointments are scheduled on location, the mechanic sees their route in My day, and the customer can pay on the spot with a payment link.
Does it work with my own phone number?
Yes. You keep your own number. Unanswered calls are forwarded, and the customer gets a WhatsApp from your shop.
Can it handle e-bike error codes?
The intake asks for a photo of the display or the error code, so you know what you need before you start.
Does this replace my till system or accounting?
No. Once you approve an invoice, it goes to your own accounting software.
