Corvo Apex is looking for pilot customers to test our newest beta features first. You use the complete package for your industry for three months, including features still in beta, with personal setup and support. We go through the pilot terms in the introductory call. In return we ask for honest feedback, so we can make Corvo Apex even better together with you.

What's not included
Costs charged by other parties, and equipment, you pay yourself. That way you know where you stand up front.
- WhatsApp message costs. WhatsApp charges per message the business starts itself, such as a confirmation or invoice (a few cents per message). Replies within 24 hours of the customer messaging first are free.
- Transaction fees from your payment provider (for example for iDEAL or card payments).
- Equipment, such as a card terminal, tablet or printer.
- Subscriptions with other parties that you already have or take out yourself, such as your accounting software.
What we ask of you
We ask you to really use Corvo Apex and tell us honestly what works and what could be better.
- Active use in your daily work.
- Short feedback: a call of about 15 minutes every two weeks, and reporting bugs or wishes as you come across them.
- A final review after three months.
- A review (for example on Google or LinkedIn) if you're happy.
- We only name your business as a pilot customer with your written permission.
How the pilot works
You're usually live within a week. Always with personal setup.
Introductory call (30 minutes)
We look at how you work and what Corvo Apex can do for you.
Agreement
You receive the pilot agreement; once signed, we schedule the setup.
Setup
We set up Corvo Apex together with you, tailored to your business and industry.
Start
You start using it; in the first two weeks we're extra close at hand.
Feedback
A short call every two weeks to fine-tune.
Final review in week 12
What it delivered for you, and how you'd like to continue.
After the pilot
After three months, you choose: continue or stop. The pilot is never automatically converted into a more expensive subscription.
- Continue: in week 10 you receive a proposal for the package that suits you, at the rate then in force. It only starts once you agree.
- Stop: possible at the end of any month, at no cost.
- Your data: if you stop, you can export your data within 30 days. After that we delete it, except what we're legally required to keep.
Data and privacy
You remain the owner of your data and your customers' data; we only use it to make Corvo Apex work for you.
- We comply with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you.
- Your data is kept separate from other businesses, and only you and your team (and we, for support) have access.
- We don't sell or share your data for other purposes.
Good to know
As a pilot customer you work with new features before they are available to everyone; that comes with a few honest agreements.
- Beta features: things can still go wrong. Report it and we'll fix it as quickly as possible.
- Availability: we do our utmost to keep Corvo Apex available at all times, but don't guarantee availability during the pilot.
- Liability: limited as set out in our terms and conditions (articles 19 and 37), except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness. Your data is just as well protected during the pilot as afterwards.
- Limited places: we select pilot customers based on how well Corvo Apex fits their work.
