We're based in Almelo, and most of the businesses we work for are in Twente. But Corvo Apex works just as well for an installer in Utrecht, a hair salon in Zwolle or a landscaper in Brabant. The system runs online, so your dashboard, the WhatsApp assistant and the app for your staff work exactly the same everywhere.
What matters to us is that you're not left alone with a piece of software. That's why we set everything up together with you, at your premises or online, and you keep the same fixed point of contact. You don't need any technical knowledge: you tell us how you work, and we make sure the system adapts to that.
How the setup goes
It starts with an introductory call of about half an hour. You tell us how customers reach you today, how you schedule appointments and how you invoice. We show you what Corvo Apex can take off your hands.
Then we set it up together: your own phone number and WhatsApp, your working hours, your services and the words used in your trade. If you're in Twente, we usually come over for this. If you're further away, we often do it online with a shared screen, or plan a visit on a day that suits you.
Once everything is right, it goes live. You can try it free for 14 days first, without payment details. After that you can still come to us with questions, and we adjust whatever can be better.
