How a conversation goes

Then it suggests a time that is free in your schedule. The next morning you see a complete request, with photo and address, and the customer already knows when you're coming. If the same customer later asks "when are you coming?", the assistant checks your schedule and answers. Anything it can't handle, such as a complaint or a price that depends on the situation, it passes on to you with the whole conversation attached.
