Can I try Corvo Apex for free first?
Yes. Every package can be tried free for 14 days, except SEO & GEO. We set it up with you, no payment details are needed, and after 14 days it ends automatically unless you choose to continue. See pricing.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your own number. When you don't pick up, your phone forwards to us and the customer gets a WhatsApp from your business.
What does WhatsApp cost on top?
Usually a few euros a month. You pay WhatsApp's messaging fees yourself, through your own WhatsApp Business account.
Will my customers be talking to a computer?
With Reachable+ and Office, a digital assistant answers the messages, and it always says so in the first message. The tricky questions come to you, and you can jump in whenever you like. The website chat always shows Digital assistant (AI) at the top.
Is there an app?
Yes. The dashboard works as an app on iPhone and Android, no app store needed. Add it to your home screen and you'll get a notification for every new request. Engineers get their own app with My day.
Does Corvo Apex replace my accounting software?
No. Once you approve an invoice, it goes to your own accounting software.
Do I still have to type in my receipts?
No. You upload a photo or PDF, choose whether it's a supplier receipt, fuel receipt or other expense, and the details are read automatically. All you do is check it and send it on to your accounts.
Do receipts and expenses work with my accounting software?
Yes. Receipts are emailed to your accounting software's inbox address (almost every package has one), and you can download a monthly overview for your accountant.
Am I locked in?
Only the Visibility packages and the Invoicing module have a three-month minimum. Booking, Reachable, the salon and hospitality packages and every other package are month to month.
Can I move up to a bigger package later?
Yes, at any time. Everything that's already running keeps working. Moving up from Reachable or Reachable+ to Office comes with no setup fee.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure database on a server in the EU. Your data belongs to you, and you can export it whenever you want.
Will Corvo Apex ever ask for my password?
No. We never ask for passwords, login codes, PINs or bank details, not via WhatsApp, not by email and not through our website. You log in to your dashboard with a one-time link that you request yourself by email.

Do I get my own portal?
Yes. You log in to your own client portal at app.corvoapex.nl, with your own logo, on your laptop and as an app on your phone. Login is with a one-time email link, no password. Your team gets their own login.
Do my customers get their own space too?
Yes. Your customers get their own portal with your name and logo. They can see their appointments or reservations, reschedule, pay invoices and make a new request themselves. That saves you phone calls.
Do you only work in Twente?
No. Corvo Apex is based in Almelo, but we work with businesses across the Netherlands. We'll happily visit you wherever you are in the Netherlands, or do it online if you prefer. Your dashboard, the WhatsApp assistant and the app work the same everywhere.
